Tip #1. Start Early- Starting early is crucial to how successful your event is. Starting early allows you to choose a date, budget, location, and team without all of the last minute stress. Not to mention that the longer you wait the less choice you are going to have for event date, venue, and availability. Make sure plans for your event are discussed well before the month or two leading up to the event so that you are not left with an event that looks like it was thrown together at the last minute.
P.S. The most popular dates for this December are the 2nd, 9th, and 16th. However, you are not limited to just those dates. Many companies now are choosing November and January dates to accommodate other holiday parties. Therefore, dates in November and January are booking up as well.
Tip #2. Hire The Right Vendors- Selecting the right vendors to collaborate with you on your event vision will immediately lead to a more successful event. Vendors that have creative ideas and solutions, reputable experience, and can operate as an extension of your company will take all of that work off your plate (oh, and making you look like a rock star!).
